its great to see all the reports and the increased use of the site. i think a lot of people use the news section as you can post pictures so maybee pictures in other areas ?

i would post this as a sticky for a week as i nearly missed it and wondered where the sticky's had gone :-)

I'm working on a third generation of medesiden, where forum and news will be a lot more integrated, hence posting pictures in the forum won't be a problem.

I'm trying to rethink how the frontpage is displayed to make it even more "magazine"-style with snippets of info on the frontpage. This should lead to a frontpage where the long-term info don't need a sticky, while the day-to-day news also get a proper display.

There's a lot more thought to this process, and that is part of the reason why the update haven't been executed yet. Another part of this, is the need for stable releases of the software that is used to run medesiden.

Since making this post sticky actually is against the entire nature of my post, I have decided not to make it sticky :)
