Just a thought - its just that i can see that Peter Braasch is online at the moment,, he doesnt want to take his phone (he can see its me :-)) so i thought i could corner him if we had a chatroom??

I'm not sure a chat room is a good idea, I know from other sites that they are hardly ever used. A good example is the stipp-forum, which have loads more members than this site.
The Who's online list is based on data from a few hours back, so effectively you can be listed as online although it is a few hours since you were online, hence you cannot use the list and be certain that a member who is online is also available on the phone :)
